Bracana is a ten minute drive to Illora, on the edge of the Sierra Parapanda, which has a historic church and Moorish castle. Bracana is well located for exploring Granda as well as the neighbouring provinces of Cordoba and Seville.

Things to do

During winter, Bracana is within easy reach of skiing resort at higher elevations. Golfers have a choice of clubs within easy reach. The Medina Elvira Club de Golfe at Atarfe is 22 km away and Granada Golf Club is 32 km away. Just over an hours drive will take you to the beaches of the Costa Tropical. The best way to explore the magnificent scenery is by cycling, hiking, or on horseback. The nearby valleys and mountains offer trails and opportunities for enjoying the wild flowers in spring.
